Hadley Man Arrested After Early Morning Burglary Investigation

Suspect Charged with Multiple Felonies; Authorities Cite Prior Incident in Hadley–Luzerne Area

SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. (Jan. 21, 2026) — At approximately 6:49 a.m. Wednesday, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported burglary on Mountain Road in the Town of Hadley. What began as an early morning call quickly developed into a felony investigation.

Following an on-scene investigation, deputies arrested Devin M. Wyman, 32, of Hadley, N.Y. He faces charges including Burglary in the Second Degree, a Class C felony, Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, both Class E felonies, as well as Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor.

Authorities allege that Wyman knowingly entered and remained unlawfully inside a residence with the intent to commit a crime, and that he stole a credit card and cash from within the home.

Law enforcement sources indicate that Wyman is also known to have been involved in at least one other similar incident in the Hadley–Luzerne area.

He was arraigned before the Honorable Michael T. Woodcock in Corinth Town Court and subsequently remanded to the Saratoga County Jail. Further proceedings will take place in Hadley Town Court.
