Hadley Man Arrested on Felony Grand Larceny Charge Following Stolen ATV Investigation
State Police Recover ATV in Queensbury; Suspect Considered Armed and Dangerous at Time of Arrest and Remanded Without Bail

On December 6, 2025, the New York State Police in Wilton arrested Kenneth E. Burdick, 51, of Hadley, NY, on a charge of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a Class E felony.
The arrest followed a report received on December 5, 2025, at approximately 4:12 p.m., regarding a stolen All-Terrain Vehicle in the Town of Corinth. The subsequent investigation determined that the ATV had allegedly been removed from a property without permission on December 3, 2025. The vehicle was later located and recovered outside a residence in Queensbury.
Burdick was taken into custody at the scene where the ATV was recovered. At the time of the arrest, he was considered armed and dangerous. Troopers approached the situation with appropriate caution and professionalism, ensuring the matter was handled safely and without incident.
Following his arrest, Burdick was transported to State Police Wilton for processing. He was arraigned in Corinth Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
