Hadley Woman Arrested on Serious Charges Involving Minors

HADLEY, N.Y. – A 26-year-old Hadley woman, Katie Horn, has been arrested following an extensive investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Authorities allege she was involved in creating explicit content involving two young children.

Horn now faces multiple felony charges, including:

• Two counts of promoting a sexual performance of a child

• Two counts of using a child in a sexual performance

• Two counts of endangering the welfare of a child

The investigation began when a parent of one of the victims discovered disturbing images on an electronic device and immediately alerted authorities. Law enforcement quickly launched a thorough probe, which led to Horn’s arrest.

Officials confirmed that while Horn was not the legal guardian of the children, she was known to them.

Horn’s case is now moving through the legal system, and further details are expected as the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office continues its investigation.
