Lake Luzerne Man Arrested on Felony Drug Charges After Saratoga County Investigation
A Lake Luzerne man is facing serious charges after a narcotics investigation led to his arrest. Ricardo Bryan, 29, was taken into custody on April 21 following a thorough operation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say Bryan was actively selling and possessing crack cocaine throughout Saratoga County. The arrest came after officers executed two search warrants, leading to the discovery of evidence that tied him to illegal drug distribution.
Charges Against Bryan
Three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance (felony)
Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (felony)
Following his arrest, Bryan was arraigned in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail as he awaits further legal proceedings.
Law enforcement officials have not disclosed additional details on the case, but sources indicate that investigators had been tracking Bryan’s activity for some time. His arrest is part of an ongoing effort to combat drug-related crimes in Lake Luzerne, Hadley, Hadley-Luzerne, Town of Day, and Stony Creek.
