Lake Luzerne Man Facing Charges Following Sexual Assault Investigation
Authorities have issued a criminal citation for Donald Bulay, 22, of Lake Luzerne, following an ongoing investigation into an alleged sexual assault.
According to law enforcement, the case stems from a December 8, 2021, report in which a younger victim came forward with allegations against Bulay. The investigation is being conducted by the Rutland County Special Investigation Unit, with assistance from the Child First Advocacy Center and the Department for Children and Families.
