HADLEY, N.Y. What began as an ordinary winter day in the small Town of Hadley quickly turned into a scene of chaos and fear when a violent confrontation allegedly unfolded on Kings Road, leaving a vulnerable resident at the center of a disturbing encounter.

According to investigators, the incident took place on February 21, when deputies were called to investigate reports of an assault involving an individual who was unable to fully care for themselves.

Nick wrapped his arm around the victim's neck before forcing them to the ground. Once the victim was pinned, he allegedly pulled their arms behind their back and pressed a knee against their neck while continuing to restrain them.

During the confrontation, investigators allege Nick repeatedly screamed at the victim, creating an atmosphere of intimidation and fear. According to the eye witness account, he allegedly shouted, "I'll be your master and fuck your ass too. You better be scared," before continuing to restrain and choke the victim.

Authorities say the encounter left witnesses shaken as deputies worked to determine exactly what led to the confrontation.

Following the investigation, Nick was charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person. He was later released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Hadley Town Court as the fictional case moves forward.
